Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring efficient and safe warehouse processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of managing warehouse operations. Responsibilities: - Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing products - Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations - Manage inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits - Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of goods - Train and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks - Monitor productivity and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment - Collaborate with other departments to optimize supply chain processes Skills: - Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Proficient in using warehouse management software - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines If you are a motivated individual with a passion for optimizing warehouse operations, we would love to hear from you.
