PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES<ol><li>Supervise a staff employed in the department's function relative to the company's chrome plating manufacturing process, in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements for a safe working environment.</li></ol><ul><li>Plan, assign, and direct shift staff and activities for safe work practices to meet production demands. Manage performance issues, identify training needs, and arrange for upgrading; </li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, plant rules, and legislative obligations. Carry out timely disciplinary processes and resolve complaints and problems. </li><li>Administer the collective agreement and company policies as they apply to activities on shift.
