We foster an inclusive and supportive environment within the home where people can create and achieve their individual goals. Skill development includes a range of areas from nutrition, budgeting, social networking, household management and self-care to community safety and employment. </p><p> This leadership role supports a team to deliver supports, counselling and life skills facilitation to the people we support to ensure a safe environment to learn and thrive.<br></p><p> <u><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></u></p><ul><li>Support the SLH leadership team to oversee the day-to-day aspect of the program, including ensuring the home is a safe and supportive environment </li></ul><ul><li>Manage staff schedules and provide support in financial and budget matters </li></ul><ul><li>Coach and develop a staff team to enable high performance and support them in achieving their goals </li></ul><ul><li>Contribute to program development and implementation by: </li></ul><ul><li>Assessing, developing and evaluating programs for continuous improvement to ensure we are meeting the needs of the people we support </li></ul><ul><li>Build relationships with community partners so that we can leverage programs and services offered for the people we support </li></ul><ul><li>Participate in fund dev- Location Toronto, ON
