Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities. Evaluate construction projects when modifying commercial, transportation or recreational facilities and real estate. Identify customers' needs . Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility. Plan and organize construction projects. Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility. Read blueprints to determine dimensions of structure or system and material requirements. Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service. Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service. Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs. Plan and manage the facility's operations budget. Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal. Troubleshoot problems related to equipment. Organize and maintain inventory. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years. Other benefits: Free parking available.
