*Overview* We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Manager to oversee the front office operations at our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring exceptional guest services and smooth daily operations. This role requires strong communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and experience in hospitality management. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to assist a diverse guest population. The Front Desk Manager will play a key role in maintaining a positive guest experience and supporting the overall success of our team. *Responsibilities* * Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service at all times * Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures * Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, addressing guest inquiries and reservations * Maintain accurate guest records and manage booking systems * Assist guests with special requests, complaints, or concerns promptly and professionally * Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction * Train and supervise front desk staff to uphold service standards * Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols * Manage administrative tasks such as billing, payments, and reporting * Support marketing efforts by promoting hotel amenities and services *Experience* * Previous experience in hotel front desk or hospitality roles is preferred * Strong customer service background with excellent phone etiquette skills * Experience managing multi-line phone systems and guest service software is advantageous * Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests * Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest relations best practices * Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Professional appearance and demeanor with excellent communication skills This role offers an opportunity to be a vital part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences.
