Install single-ply roofing system using waterproof sheet materials, such as modified plastics, elastomeric or other asphaltic compositions. Repair or replace shingles and shakes on sloped roofs of buildings. Repair or replace single-ply roofing systems. Supervise other workers. Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools. Install sheet metal flashings. Erect and install scaffolding, falsework and other working platforms. Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications. Supervision: 3-4 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Working at heights training. Area of specialization: Shingled roofs. Modified roofing system. Rigid pre-formed roofing system. Single ply sheet membrane roofing system. Tiled roofs. Skylights. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Willing to travel.
