If you have a passion for sales and enjoy engaging with customers, we want to hear from you! *Responsibilities* * Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for processing transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to promote products effectively. * Handle customer inquiries via phone with proper etiquette, ensuring all questions are addressed promptly. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly valued. * Familiarity with technology sales, including product demos and technical sales, is a plus. * Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient in merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility. * Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
