Become a pivotal Quality Assurance Manager focused on validation in a hybrid role. You will oversee projects, provide training, and support validation initiatives across various departments. With at least 10 years of experience, your role will be crucial in enhancing organizational quality and compliance through effective stakeholder collaboration. Key Responsibilities: ? Manage the national validation process and its continuous improvement ? Oversee recruitment, training, and performance of QA personnel ? Define and analyze validation performance metrics ? Provide subject matter expertise for validation projects ? Collaborate on quality assurance initiatives across divisions Requirements: ? 10+ years of experience in quality management and validation ? Expertise in GMP for pharmaceutical or biologic manufacturing ? Post-secondary education in a relevant field ? Proven leadership and analytical skills ?
