*General Manager ? Taxi Company* We are seeking an experienced and motivated *General Manager* to oversee the daily operations of our growing taxi company. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with strong operational, financial, and customer service skills, capable of driving efficiency and delivering exceptional service. *Key Responsibilities:* * Oversee day-to-day operations, including dispatch, drivers, and fleet management * Lead, mentor, and manage administrative staff and drivers * Ensure compliance with all municipal and provincial transportation regulations * Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control * Improve operational efficiency and implement growth strategies * Handle customer service issues and ensure high satisfaction levels * Coordinate vehicle maintenance and fleet optimization * Develop partnerships and business opportunities within the community *Qualifications:* * Proven experience in a management role (transportation, logistics, or taxi industry preferred) * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities * Knowledge of local regulations and licensing requirements * Financial acumen with experience managing budgets * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment *Preferred Skills:* * Experience with dispatch systems and fleet management software * Familiarity with rideshare/taxi industry trends * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities *Compensation:* * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Performance-based incentives * Opportunity for growth within the company Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $46,665.86-$80,000.00 per year Work Location: In person- Location Vancouver, BC
