*About Us* Reform Clinics is a multidisciplinary wellness and rehabilitation clinic located in *Oakville, ON*, offering chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and custom orthotics. We are seeking a passionate and evidence-based *Registered Dietitian (RD)* or *Certified Nutritionist* to join our collaborative healthcare team. This is a *paid associate position* (split or hourly model available) within an established clinic setting supported by strong administrative systems, digital charting (Jane App), and cross-referrals from existing providers. *About the Role* As a member of our integrative care team, you will provide personalized nutrition care plans and lifestyle guidance to help patients achieve their health and wellness goals. You?ll collaborate with chiropractors, physiotherapists, and acupuncturists to enhance recovery, improve metabolic health, and support sustainable lifestyle changes. *Key Responsibilities* * Conduct detailed nutritional and lifestyle assessments. * Develop individualized nutrition and wellness plans based on patient goals and evidence-based practice. * Support patients in areas such as *weight management, digestive health, hormonal balance, performance nutrition, and inflammation control*. * Educate patients on meal planning, behaviour change, and long-term self-management strategies. * Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure integrated, patient-centered care. *Qualifications* * Registered with the *College of Dietitians of Ontario (CDO)* or certified through a recognized *Nutritionist program*. * Strong understanding of physiology, metabolism, and clinical nutrition. * Excellent communication, counselling, and motivational skills. * Experience in private practice or multidisciplinary clinical settings is an asset. * Passionate about empowering patients through education and evidence-based guidance. *Why Join Reform Clinics* * Established referral base and cross-collaboration with other healthcare disciplines. * Modern facility with administrative and marketing support. * Flexible scheduling options, including part-time and hybrid opportunities. * Supportive, professional environment aligned with evidence-based care. *To Apply:* Please submit your *resume and a short cover letter* outlining your clinical interests and approach to patient care.
