Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities. Identify customers' needs . Plan and organize the operations of the facilities and the included real estate. Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility. Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services. Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services. Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs. Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems. Oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of real estate infrastructures including machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems. Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal. Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment. Troubleshoot problems related to equipment. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Handling heavy loads.
