Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Factory or plant. Rural area. Remote location. Willing to relocate. Food processing plant. Troubleshooting/diagnostic. Tasks: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. Work with minimal supervision. Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas. Start-up and shut-down systems. Perform preventive maintenance. Perform minor repairs and adjustments to equipment. Maintain inventory of supplies. MS Office. Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep maintenance records. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate. First Aid Certificate. Forklift Operator Certification.
