Specific Skills: Repair or replace defective machinery parts; Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions; Installing machinery and equipment; Perform routine maintenance work on machinery; Operate machining tools to fabricate parts; Operate hoisting and lifting equipment

Major Work Area: Repair; Maintenance; Machinery installation
Equipment and Machinery Experience: Welding equipment; Tool grinders; Power tools; Hand tools; Conveyor; Lathes and other machining tools; Hydraulic system; Pneumatic system
Additional Skills: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications; Coach and instruct apprentices
Area of Specialization: Start-up and testing; Rigging and handling; Bearing, seals and packing; Troubleshooting; Shutdown operations
Security and Safety: Criminal record check
Own Tools/Equipment: Tools; Steel-toed safety boots; Hard hat; Safety glasses/goggles
Work Site Environment: Noisy; Dusty
